It seems as though we are starting to get our winter time weather. The recent cold fronts that have hit the New Smyrna Beach area has also brought a change in wind direction pushing a lot of this unwanted water out. With water levels and temps dropping look for the fish to find warmer water in the sand holes and mud flats. Live bait and cut bait has been producing a little bit better bite then artificial with the recent weather changes. Hopefully the water clarity will improve throughout the Mosquito Lagoon with these cooler water temperatures.
